Three elements of vulcanizer work

The three elements of vulcanizing machine work: pressure, time and temperature.

1. The pressure is transmitted by the hydraulic system through the system pipeline to the hydraulic cylinder. The plunger is transmitted to the platform, and finally transmitted to the products in the mold cavity through the hot plate and the mold wall.

2. The temperature is provided by the heating medium, and finally transferred to the products in the mold cavity through the hot plate and the mold wall.

3. The time is calculated according to the process requirements and materials of the product.

According to the structure of the frame, the vulcanizing machine is mainly divided into two types: column type flat vulcanizing machine and frame type flat vulcanizing machine; according to the number of working layers, it can be divided into single layer and multi-layer: according to the working medium of the hydraulic system, there can be oil pressure And water pressure (mostly oil pressure).

In the rubber industry of the vulcanizing machine, the column type flat vulcanizing machine is an earlier type. The flat vulcanizing machines used in China in the past are also mostly of the column type structure, but currently the frame type structure is mostly used. Compared with the column flat vulcanizing machine, it has a certain price advantage and high cost performance.
