Vulcanizing machine operation rules

1: Preparation:

1 Check the amount of hydraulic oil before use. The height of the hydraulic oil is 2/3 of the height of the lower base. When the amount of oil is insufficient, it should be added in time. The oil must be filtered carefully before injection. Add pure 20 # hydraulic oil into the oil injection hole of the lower base. The oil level can be seen through the oil bar, and it is generally added to the height of 2/3 of the lower base.

2 Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide frame and add oil in time to maintain good lubrication.

3 Turn on the power, move the operating handle to the vertical position, close the oil return port, press the motor start button, the oil from the oil pump enters the oil cylinder, and the plunger is driven up. When the hot plate is closed, the oil pump continues to supply oil, so that When the oil pressure rises to the rated value (14.5MPa), press the registration stop button to put the machine in the state of stopping and holding pressure (that is, timed vulcanization). When the vulcanization time is reached, move the handle to lower the plunger to open the mold.

4 Temperature control of the hot plate: close the rotary button SA1, the tablet starts to heat, and when the temperature of the plate reaches the preset value, the heating is automatically stopped. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the tablet automatically heats up, keeping the temperature always at the set value.

5 Action control of vulcanizing machine: Press the motor start button SB2, the AC contactor is energized, and the oil pump works. When the hydraulic pressure reaches the set value, the AC contactor is disconnected and the vulcanization time is automatically recorded. When the pressure reaches the set vulcanization time, the buzzer sounds and informs that the vulcanization time is up. You can open the mold. Press the stop button and move the manual operation valve to lower the plate for the next cycle.

2: Hydraulic system

1 Hydraulic oil should be 20 # mechanical oil or 32 # hydraulic oil, and the oil must be finely filtered before adding.

2 Regularly drain the oil, use it after sedimentation filtration, and clean the oil filter at the same time.

3 All parts of the machine should be kept clean, and oil should be frequently added between the column shaft and the guide frame to maintain good lubrication.
